Caroline and Austin’s snowy engagement session at RT Lodge in Maryville was a wintery dream come true! These two drove down from Nashville for their session which was originally supposed to be at sunset, but when the surprise snow storm hit, we moved the shoot up to take advantage of this rare sight in Knoxville. Hannah and Robert got married on a bright and breezy early Spring day at Little River Farms in Georgia. The details of blush and gold were delicate and romantic, and the reception details were absolutely stunning! Hannah and Robert are so kindhearted and bursting with love for one another that it was truly a pleasure to photograph their special day. Robert’s reaction to seeing Hannah for the first time was so touching, I may have shed a tear or two during their first look!

Tucker and Kristina’s wedding at The Presidio in San Francisco was an experience that I will never forget. If there was ever a blueprint made for how to have an amazing wedding, these two found it. They are some of the loveliest people I have had the pleasure of knowing. I have never heard so many great things said about two people as I did about these two during their rehearsal dinner speeches. It is apparent that each person in their lives is important to them, and they treat people incredibly well with love and generosity. I am so happy that their celebration was special and beautiful, just like who they are!

Emily Ann and Chris have the sweetest love! I knew it was genuine within the first five minutes of photographing them together because it just pours out every time they look at each other. These two made my job effortless by finding it so easy to get lost in moments together. Everything fell perfectly into place for their sunny spring engagement session at Marblegate Farm, but I would expect nothing less for Emily Ann who brings sunshine with her wherever she goes! I am so excited to watch as these two share their vows surrounded by their family and friends, and feel so honored to be a part of telling their story!

Dani and KP had the most charming and heartfelt intimate Colorado wedding at Ridgewood Event Center and Blue Lake Ranch last Fall. I was overwhelmed with the beauty of the venue and the small town of Durango almost immediately. The florals by Linnaea Designs were breathtaking as was the entire style and decor dreamt up by Heirlooms. Dani was absolutely glowing the entire day, and I must say that these two are some of my favorite people. Kind and genuine to the core. One of my favorite aspects of Dani and KP’s wedding was the First look including their dog Kevin, who was looking dapper in his floral collar! This was truly a first for me! I was overtaken with not just the scenery, but the abundant love and joy of the day. I feel truly privileged to have been a part of this celebration, and I hope I get to visit this beautiful place again!

Emma and Ethan had the most beautiful late November wedding at Marblegate Farm. As a Knoxville wedding photographer here in the southeast, I am a huge fan of November, it may even be my favorite month for weddings. I look forward to my November weddings all year, and this one did not disappoint! The muted yet vibrant mauve, crimson, ivory, and caramel color pallet was spot on and, as usual, the florals by Thistle and Lace were truly artful. One of my favorite details, the arbor, which paired floral with vivid fall leaves, was a showstopper. Aside from all the perfectly romantic details dreamt up by the bride Emma herself and Whitney Bowman Events, Emma and Ethan were also a joy to work with. They are sweet and genuine and made my job ridiculously easy because of their outward love for each other that pours out of every photograph. I feel humbled and appreciative to have worked with some of the best Knoxville wedding vendors at this Marblegate Farm wedding, which is what makes being a wedding photographer in Knoxville so rewarding!

This romantic Knoxville bridal boudoir session with will have you swooning! The muted blues add a modern colorful twist that perfectly accent the softness of the blush, lace, silk, and tulle. Being a photographer herself, Morgan gave us the freedom to plan the session with ultimate creativity. This shoot was truly a dream come true, with so many amazing details that far exceeded my wildest dreams. My absolute favorite is the delicate a-symmetrical floral crown, dreamt up by Anna Moss, that beautifully frames Morgan’s face. This session was shot on Kodak Portra 800 in studio with a mix of natural and strobe lighting. As a Knoxville wedding photographer, it makes my heart full to be a part of a collaboration that comes together so well, and gives a bride a truly special experience!
